How do I send a package or mail to the Democratic Republic of the Congo?

1. You come to drop your package or mail at our office in Shelbyville (KY):

2. If you can't come to our office in Shelbyville (KY), these are the steps you follow:

Send us your package or mail via the Post Office or another shipping company (Ground, Next Day air, Express, etc.). Write your name on the box.

You send us an email: info@ocongo.com warning us a package or mail is about to arrive. You must include in the email: your name + address + phone number, the inventory of the box, and the information of the receiver (city + name + phone#).

When your package or mail arrives in Shelbyville, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.

You choose your method of payment: Bank Transfer, Money Order, WesternUnion/Moneygram, Paypal or Credit/Debit Card through the website.
