Ocongo RDC Package Delivery

We are delighted to offer our assistance in ensuring the safe delivery of your package to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

To begin utilizing our services, kindly adhere to the steps outlined below:

  1. Step 1: Registration

    • Ensure you are registered in our system by sending an email to info@pay-ship.com with the necessary information:
    • If you are in the USA

      • Provide your full details, including, full name, physical address, (city, state and zip code), email, telephone number, contact number. Recipient's full name, Recipient's city in the DRC, Recipient's mobile telephone number, Recipient's email.
    • If you are in the DRC

      • Provide your full details, including, full name, address, city in the DRC, mobile phone number, email.
  2. Step 2: Package Dispatch

    • Ship your package to us via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier of your choice to the following address:
      • Ocongo/First Name and Surname

    • Please use the name you registered with to help our team accurately identify your package.
  3. Step 3: Notification of Shipment

    • After sending your package, email us to notify of the dispatch. Include the tracking number and a brief description of the contents.
  4. Step 4: Verification Email

    • You will receive a verification email from our team once your items arrive at our Delaware hub.
    • Please respond to this email promptly indicating whether you wish for us to ship your items immediately or hold them (up to 30 days).
    • Unanswered emails will proceed to invoice and shipping preparation.
  5. Step 5: Invoice and Payment

    • All shipments require prepayment. An invoice and payment link will be sent to you; No items are shipped without prior payment. Payments can be made online or at our branches in Kinshasa/Lubumbashi. Prompt payment is advised to avoid any shipping delays.
  6. Step 6: Local Agency Contact

    • Upon arrival in the DRC, our local team will contact you by email or phone to inform you that your shipment is ready for collection. Note that shipments from the USA are dispatched every two weeks typically taking one week to reach Zone 1 - Kinshasa one and a half weeks for Zone 2 - Lubumbashi and Zone 3 - all other areas, barring unforeseen delays.

Please be advised that this is a business address. It is imperative to select the "business address" option when placing your order to ensure that deliveries occur within business hours and avoid after-hours or weekend deliveries. We cannot assume responsibility for packages delivered outside of these times. Additionally, for security reasons, we request that no instructions be left to leave packages at the door. All deliveries must be made directly to our reception area.

Please be aware that all packages directed to our New Jersey hub will be systematically forwarded to our new facility in Delaware on a weekly basis until April 30th. Any packages sent to the old address post-April 30th will no longer fall under our responsibility, and while we will endeavor to assist in their recovery, we cannot guarantee their safe handling. To prevent any delays, we strongly recommend sending your packages to the new Delaware address at your earliest convenience.
